One end terminates in a ball burnisher. The Sharp perforation repair instruments are used to place repair material in the middle third of the canal. Due to their small size and precise configuration, they are capable of reaching difficult-to-access areas. Their ends are shaped like a ball, paddle, or small micro carriers that can transport or manipulate small amounts of material in the affected areas.
