Theracal is a light-curable pulp protector based on resin-modified calcium silicate. It is indicated for direct and indirect pulp capping, as a base or protective liner beneath restorative materials. Its composition stimulates the formation of hydroxyapatite due to its release of calcium and alkaline pH. Single-step application from the syringe. Light-curable.
