LM LiftOut luxation instruments. The LM LiftOut instruments allow for the extraction of dental pieces in the least traumatic way possible. This is very important for achieving rapid healing and the placement of the implant. The fine tip of the instrument is inserted into the periodontal space and slowly advances towards the apex of the dental root while gently rotating the instrument back and forth. LM LiftOut is not suitable for use as a lifting lever.
