An impression tray is a container specially made for the production of dental impressions, so it consists of a body, to contain the different impression materials available, which will have a suitable shape adapted to the oral anatomy, varying according to the upper or lower arch.

These buckets also consist of a handle that will allow the dentist or dental hygienist to hold said bucket to the patient's mouth, so this handle should not interfere with the functionality of the impression tray.
