The Bausch Arti-Check® ultra-thin articulating papers of 40µ are extremely thin and break-resistant papers that are coated on both sides with liquid colors. These papers have a highly precise marking property due to their low thickness, thus avoiding erroneous or blurred contacts. The special coating with liquid colors allows for clear marking of all occlusal contacts or interferences. There are no issues with difficult-to-control occlusal surfaces that are impregnated with saliva, such as gold, ceramics, polished metal surfaces, or acrylics. The special color coating with liquid colors consists of many small microcapsules filled with color. Even with light masticatory pressure, these capsules burst and release the color, which is clearly visible. Repeated marking is possible because the color regenerates. The ultra-thin Bausch occlusion papers are especially suitable for visualizing static and dynamic occlusion in two colors. In the first step, centric contacts (static occlusion) are checked in red, and in the second step, eccentric contacts (dynamic occlusion) are checked in blue. The order of the colors can, of course, be changed. The Bausch Arti-Check® ultra-thin articulating papers of 40µ are extremely thin and break-resistant papers that are coated on both sides with liquid colors, thus avoiding erroneous or blurred contacts. These papers are also available in a horseshoe shape. The pre-cut paper can be easily placed without tweezers or bite attachments. All horseshoe-shaped papers are delivered in plastic dispensers, which allow for easy one-handed retrieval. Due to the shape of this paper, all dental contacts of the complete dental arch can be displayed with a single sheet. This is especially essential in complete dentures or when adjusting bite splints.
