Kwik-Bite is a film holder and support for horizontal bite plates (standard bites). It is used to assess proximal caries, excesses and voids, crown margins, and calculus in interproximal spaces, as well as the condition of the alveolar ridge. The radiographs are guaranteed to be free of overlaps, thus eliminating the need for unnecessary repeat X-ray exposures, and allowing for direct comparison of radiographs taken on the same patient over time. Sterilizable in an autoclave at 134 ºC for a minimum of 3 minutes. Compatibility: Kwik-Bite is compatible with the most common X-ray film sizes (1, 2, 3). Kwik-Bite with ring is also suitable for indirect digital systems. Compatible with major brands of phosphor plate sensors.
