IMPLEX model isolation for isolating 3D printed filament models. With this ready-to-use isolant, dental resin orthodontic appliances can be easily manufactured on printed models. Applied with a brush, it creates a homogeneous and ultrathin isolating layer on the surface of the model. The result is a clean separation of the model and the dental resin. Once polymerization is complete, the workpiece is separated from the model with a precise and well-defined surface.
